Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gerald Stanley Rea and John Maurice Leonard, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed on the 16th day of January 2002, as receivers and managers of the property
of Janna Motor Holdings Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 20th day of December 2000 by John Walter Fowler, company director of Auckland.
The property secured consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all book debts and other assets.

61 High Street, Auckland.
