Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Railway Hotel (Turakina) Limited on the 29th day of October 2002 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 14th day of December 1995.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
