Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on the 22nd day of October 2002, Graeme George McDonald and John Lawrence Vague, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Sigma Developments Limited under the powers contained
in a debenture dated the 17th day of April 2001, which property consists of all assets and undertakings of the company.
