Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
William Guy Black and Kerryn Mark Downey, chartered accountants, whose office is at KPMG Centre, 9 Princes Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 23rd day of October 2002, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Infogate Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 4th day of April 2001, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, plant, machinery, equipment, fixtures and fittings, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
