Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Peter William Young, of Christchurch, and William Guy Black, of Auckland, chartered accountants, hereby give notice that they were appointed joint receivers and managers of the property of Rattrays Wholesale Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 8th day of November 2000, which property consists of all of its undertaking and all its property and assets including, without limitation, its uncalled and called but unpaid shares.
