Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of October 2002, Kevin James Gillespie was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Cheviot Alloy Wheels Limited, under the powers contained in a registered debenture dated the 7th day of August 2002 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking and assets.
The Offices of the Receiver and Manager are at: Merenti Limited, care of Level Three, 115 Queen Street, Auckland.
