Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, whose office is at Level Fourteen, Tower Two, The Shortland Centre, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 3rd day of October 2002, he was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the undertaking, assets and property of Danske Mobler Waikato (2000) Limited at Auckland under the powers contained in
a debenture in favour of Danske Mobler Limited dated
the 2nd day of October 2000, which was registered on the 12th day of October 2000.
