On the 25th day of September 2002 at 9.00 a.m., Wallace Corporation Limited, being the holder of a debenture dated the 16th day of July 2001, and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on the 16th day of July 2001, issued
to it by Artex Tannery Limited, appointed Neil Raymond Donnell and Paul John McCormick, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
