Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stuart Douglas Robertson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed receiver of E-Merce Limited on the 22nd day of January 2002 at 5.12 p.m., by deed, under the terms of a debenture dated the 6th day of July 2001.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertakings, property and assets.
