Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of September 2002, Clive Ashley Johnson, insolvency practitioner
of Auckland, was appointed receiver of the property of Ponsonbys The Bach Limited (in liquidation and in receivership), under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 3rd day of March 2000, which consists of all the assets and undertaking of the company.
