Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of September 2002, Rodney Gane Pardington, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Hugh Wright Limited (in receivership) under
the powers contained in a debenture dated the 30th day of August 1990 given by that company, and under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 31st day of March 1998 given by that company.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertakings and all its properties and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever situated, both present and future, including its uncalled and called but unpaid capital.
The Offices of the Receiver and Manager Are at the Offices of: Messrs Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Level Eight, 8 Nelson Street, Auckland.
