Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of September 2002 at 11.00 a.m., Matthew John Birchler, company director of Wellington, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Kevin Longman Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 10th day of June 2001 and registered on the 29th day of June 2001 given by the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
