Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of September 2002, Raymond Gordon Burgess, accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of all of the property of Aspac Distributors Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 29th day of September 1999 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
