Notice of Appointment of Receiver
I, Derek Lawrence Farrelly, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 30th day of August 2002, Gregory Thomas Walker and Peter Eliot-Cotton, holders of a debenture dated the 15th day of August 1996 issued by the company in favour of the debenture holders, appointed me receiver of all of the present and future assets of Ballyhoo Else Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in the debenture.
