Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were, on the 21st day of January 2002, appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Multiple Zones New Zealand Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 18th day of June 2001, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
