Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of September 2002 at 9.30 a.m., Peter William Young and Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountants at KPMG, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Contec Dairy Software Limited (in liquidation and in receivership) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 24th day of November 1995 which consists of all of the assets and undertaking of the company.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: Care of KPMG, Fifteenth Floor, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
