Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kenneth Peter Brown and Sheree Ann Hart, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were, on the 18th day of January 2002, appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Free Life Charters Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 9th day of October 1998, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
