Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, whose office is at Level Fourteen, Forsyth Barr Frater Williams Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 2nd day of September 2002,
he was appointed as receiver and manager of all of
the undertakings, assets and property of Takiron Property Developments Limited, under the powers contained in a certain deed of debenture dated the 19th day of December 2001 in favour of Bridgecorp Finance Limited.
