Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of August 2002, Arron Leslie Heath and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of
the property of Surf Traders Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 7th day of August 2001 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
