Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 23rd day of August 2002, I, Lester Andrew Wright, property manager of Auckland, was appointed receiver
of income of the property of Larnop Investments Limited
(in liquidation), at 31-33 Chapel Street, Masterton,
being certificate of title 34C/21 (Wellington Registry)
("the property").
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
