Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Sustainable Hardwoods Limited
on the 16th day of August 2002, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 15th day of August 2001.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
The Receivers' Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Sixteen, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 113-119 The Terrace (P.O. Box 243), Wellington.
