Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
On the 7th day of August 2002, I, Phillip Nottingham of Hamilton, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Cambridge Transport Limited, under the powers conferred by a debenture dated the 8th day of August 1997 given by the company, to act as receiver and manager of all assets of the company.
