Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on the 13th day of August 2002 at 10.30 a.m., Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all the assets of The Yacht Club Limited
(in receivership), such assets comprising the Yacht Club restaurant and bar at Westhaven Marina.
