Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of
13 Woodford Terrace, Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 9th day of August 2002, I was appointed as receiver of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in a security agreement being a deed of debenture dated the 20th day of July 2000.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
