Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
QED Software Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 16 Ruru Street, Eden Terrace, Auckland, on the 16th day of January 2002, appointed John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of QED Software Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 14th day of June 2001, which property consists of all assets of the company of whatever kind and wherever situated.
