Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith and Andrew James Spencer, chartered accountants of Auckland, whose office address is BDO Spicers, Levels Seven and Eight, 120 Albert Street
(P.O. Box 2219), Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 6th day of August 2002, the debenture holder, under a deed of debenture dated the 24th day of April 2001 from the company ("the debenture"), appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the following assets of the company as charged by the debenture, being a year 2000 Finlay 798 trailer-mounted portable screening plant (serial No. FTV500256), together with all related parts, spares, accessories, manuals and warranty rights, and all proceeds (within the meaning of the Personal Property Securities Act 1999) thereof.
