On the 6th day of August 2002 at 9.00 a.m., DB Breweries Limited, being the holder of a debenture dated the 12th day
of October 2001, and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on the 17th day of October 2001, issued to it by Hemmingway's Bar Limited, appointed Neil Raymond Donnell and Paul John McCormick, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
