Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, whose office is at Level Fourteen, Forsyth Barr Frater Williams Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 30th day of July 2002,
he was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the undertakings, assets and property of Eternal Water (NZ) Limited, under the powers contained in a certain deed of debenture dated the 5th day of July 2001 in favour of Greenfields VDB Limited.
