I, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 30th day of July 2002, I resigned as receiver of Eternal Investments Limited ("the company"), as appointed under the registered deed of debenture dated the 14th day of September 2001 issued by the company to the proprietors of Matauri X.
