Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of June 2002, John Joseph Cregten and Stephen Rex Tietjens were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of
the property of South Pacific Hospitality Limited, under the powers contained in a registered debenture dated the 26th day of April 2001 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking and assets.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: Corporate Finance Limited, Level Three, 115 Queen Street, Auckland.
