Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

On the 17th day of July 2002 at 4.06 p.m., Angus Hotels Investments Limited appointed Richard Brian Burge and Brian Joseph Walshe, chartered accountants of Lower Hutt, as receivers and managers of the property of the
above-named companies in addition to Michael Peter Stiassny.
The Property Consists of: Assets and undertakings of the companies.
