Take notice that Eastbourne Electronics Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at
12 Waiu Street, Wainuiomata, has been placed in receivership by the debenture holder on the 19th day of July 2002 at 3.00 p.m.
Bruce Frederick McCullough, of Pritchard McCullough, Chartered Accountants, whose offices are First Floor,
8 Raroa Road, Lower Hutt, is appointed as the receiver.
