Maurice George Noone and Gary Traveller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, hereby give notice that they have not been appointed as receivers of Homes for Less (Canterbury) Limited ("the company").
Notice dated the 5th day of July 2002, of their appointment as receivers pursuant to section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993, was forwarded in error for publication in the
New Zealand Gazette, 11 July 2002, No. 78, page 2052.
Maurice George Noone and Gary Traveller wish it to be known that the company is not in receivership and that the notice was published in error.
