Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of July 2002, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason, insolvency practitioners, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of McDon Holdings Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 15th day of August 2001 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
