Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, whose office is at Level Fourteen, Tower Two, The Shortland Centre, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 12th day of July 2002, he was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the undertaking, assets and property of Precision Hearing Limited at Auckland, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 20th day of December 2000, in favour of Commercial Factors Limited which was assigned to Phonak New Zealand Limited on the 11th day of July 2002.
