Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Keith Palmer, of Wellington, and Alison Sarginson, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Club Havana Limited (in receivership) on the 8th day of July 2002 at 10.10 a.m., under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 7th day of November 2000.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in
respect of all the company's undertakings and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
