I, Jack Brian, chartered accountant of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 3rd day of July 2002 at 4.00 p.m., I was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in
the deed of debenture dated the 15th day of June 2001.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect to all of the company's undertakings and its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future.
