Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

On the 21st day of June 2002, Link Distributors (NZ) Limited, being the holder of debentures dated the 8th day
of October 1990 and the 21st day of March 2000 and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on the
7th day of November 1990 and the 17th day of April 2000 respectively, issued to it by Alotech Walls & Ceilings Limited (in liquidation), appointed Neil Raymond Donnell and Paul John McCormick, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers
of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
