Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

On the 11th day of June 2002, Rabobank New Zealand Limited, being the holder of a debenture dated the 11th day of September 2001 and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on the 25th day of September 2001 issued to it by SalusHealth Limited ("the company"), appointed Malcolm David Innes-Jones and Steven Paul Cammish, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets of the company.
The Receivers' and Managers' Address is: Care of BDO Spicers, BDO House, 116 Harris Road, East Tamaki.
