Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of May 2002, John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John McKay were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the property of Fresh-Pac Limited, under the powers contained in a registered debenture dated the 30th day of September 1996, given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking and assets.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: Corporate Finance Limited, Level Three, 115 Queen Street, Auckland.
