Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, whose office is at Level Fourteen, Forsyth Barr Frater Williams Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 20th day of May 2002,
he was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the undertakings, assets and property of Eternal Investments Limited at Auckland, under the powers contained in a certain deed of debenture, in favour of the proprietors of Matauri X, dated the 14th day of September 2001.
