Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, whose office is at Level Fourteen, Forsyth Barr Frater Williams Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 20th day of May 2002, he was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the undertakings, assets and property of Ibiza & Isobar Restaurants Limited at Auckland, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 20th day of August 1999, in favour of The National Bank of New Zealand Limited.
