Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (a) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of December 2001, Bridgecorp Finance Limited appointed Anthony
J. McCullagh, chartered accountant, whose office is at Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, Level Fourteen, The Shortland Centre, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of these companies under the powers contained in three separate Deeds of Debenture each dated the 16th day of November 2000.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all of each company's undertakings, and all real and personal property, and all assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including uncalled and unpaid capital.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor of the companies during normal business hours to Andrei Siliva.
