We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on the 15th day of May 2002, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers
of the assets and undertakings of Pacific Properties (Park Terrace) Limited, pursuant to a debenture dated the 18th day of March 1999.
