Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Steven Terich, chartered accountant of Auckland, advise that on the 14th day of May 2002, I was appointed receiver and manager of all the property of Mark Reddish Motors Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 16th day of April 2002, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, goodwill and all other assets.
