Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 the Receiverships Act 1993
Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on the 13th day of May 2002, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of the above-named companies under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 25th day of March 2002, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: Care of Rodewald Hart & Associates Limited, corner of Jocelyn and Queen Streets, Te Puke.
