Richard Dale Agnew and David Bryden Davidson, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Superior Liquor Penrose Limited on the 9th day of May 2002, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 12th day of September 2000.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertakings, property and assets.
