Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins, hereby give notice that on the 6th day of May 2002, we
were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of Windsor Fish Supply 2000 Limited pursuant to a debenture dated the 30th day of October 2000.
