Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Peter John Brannigan, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Metropolis Car Parking Limited on the 7th day of May 2002 at 12.00 midday, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 8th day of February 2001.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect
of all the undertaking and all the property and assets of Metropolis Car Parking Limited.
