Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on the 6th day of May 2002, John
Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of all the property and assets of Paterson Distributors Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 18th day of March 1996, which property and assets include uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.
